Job description

It's a role that could suit an experienced Administrator - well versed in complex, regulatory FS documentation. But it could equally be shaped for someone looking to learn, grow with the business.

The role itself is hybrid - after an initial (4/1) period .. becoming 3 days in Leeds city centre & 2 home based.

Day to day you will be

· Processing new business applications

· Producing Letters of Authorities and liaising with 3rd party providers

· Liaising with senior support managers and Providers to escalate cases and any transfer issues

· Writing up simple business letters

· Preparing documentation for client meetings

· Writing Drawdown review letters

· Preparing Calculations

· Submitting business with correct fees and charges

· Obtaining Illustrations and processing new business

· Preparation of documentation for client meetings and managing cases to completion

· Liasing with clients over the phone and email

· Ensure documents are uploaded to the CRM and business systems and ensure data entry is recorded to follow compliance

· Liaise with the Partner to obtain accurate information to complete cases.

· Assess information provided by third parties.

The in house support technology and hands on training will ensure you receive in depth training to allow for progression. · We encourage ongoing professional development and will support with costs towards exams where applicable

Requirements

Do you have a valid Cert CII (Claims), Chartered Insurance Institute certification?, Do you have experience in Office experience?, Essential will be being Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook/ Word/Excel

whilst Salesforce knowledge would be ideal.

A confident telephone use is essential

You will also need great communication skills, with colleagues and clients alike, the ability to work to deadlines in an active environment, and to manage your own workload in a busy environment.

Attention to detail is also essential - dealing as you would be with clients' investments and pensions.
