Job description

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
  • Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architecture, and business partners.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and test management activities.
  • Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company's benefit.

REQUIREMENT ENGINEERING & SOLUTION DESIGN

  • Partner with IT and Sales teams, understand business processes, gather and challenge requirements and translate them into technical concepts.
  • Create solutions based on best-in-class technologies that fit to purpose.

HQ AND MARKET BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with internal standards and compliance requirements - including data integration, IT controlling, sales controlling, and data quality governance.
  • Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget resources to specific market requirements.

SERVICE OWNERSHIP

  • Take full ownership of specific IT services throughout their entire lifecycle - from design and implementation to continuous improvement and support

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics. Strong expertise in SAP BW/BI/BW/4HANA. University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English; experience in an international environment is a plus. Practical experience in business and IT processes, reporting, and working with complex data sets. Good understanding of sales performance analytics, customer insights, and integration of external data sources (e.g. FMCG tools, devices). Strong analytical mindset combined with solid project management experience and the ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT in fast-paced environments. Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is considered a plus.

Benefits & conditions

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
