Step in when issues go beyond Level 1, troubleshoot routers, switches, WiFi, and security devices.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for clients.
Configure switches, access points, and firewalls; assist with deployments and upgrades.
Work closely with senior engineers to integrate new technologies and improve existing setups.
Act as the first point of contact, solve real-world network problems, and ensure seamless operations.

Do you have experience in WAN?, * Degree in IT/Telecom or equivalent 3+ years in IT infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs, WiFi (APs, controllers, captive portals), and cloud networking.
Meticulous, always learning, and constantly seeking better solutions.
Excellent communicator, team player, and client-facing skills.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
