IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) who can bridge the gap between code and business strategy. You will be the captain of the ship, ensuring that our development teams have clear requirements and our clients have clear timelines. Whether it's a cloud migration or a custom ERP integration, you ensure the project lands safely in the harbor-on time and on budget., * Project Governance: Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects (Initiation to Closing). You own the Scope, Schedule, and Budget.

• Agile & Waterfall: You are bilingual in methodologies. You can run a Scrum board in Jira for the devs, but present a Gantt chart to the Steering Committee.
• Stakeholder Management: You are the primary point of contact for clients. You manage expectations transparently-if there is a blocker, you communicate it early.
• Resource Planning: Coordinate internal developers, data engineers, and external freelancers to ensure optimal team utilization.
• Risk Management: Identify technical and operational risks early and develop mitigation strategies.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Experience: 3+ years in IT Project Management or Technical Consulting. You have successfully delivered software or data projects.

• Methodology: Certification in Prince2, PMP, or IPMA is highly desirable. Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: You don't need to write code, but you understand the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), APIs, and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Language Skills: German (C1/Native) is mandatory for client communication. English (B2/C1) is required for the technical team.
• Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or similar).
