  • Produce technical documentation and migration designs

Infrastructure Build

  • Prepare legacy environments for coexistence

Pilot & Preparation

  • Run pilot migrations for systems, devices, and users
  • Refine migration plans and validate readiness

Application & Front-End Migration

  • Support application teams with identity integration pre-checks
  • Execute workstation, user, and group migrations
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting on directory, authentication, and access issues

Post-Migration Activities

  • Perform server migrations and final cutover validation
  • Conduct cleanup of legacy objects and configurations
  • Optimise AD performance, security, and operational reliability

Requirements

  • Strong background in Active Directory architecture, migration, and consolidation
  • Expertise in Windows Server, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and identity/security protocols
  • Hands-on experience with multi-site, multi-region enterprise AD structures
  • Proven track record in large-scale AD migration projects
  • Ability to work in a fully remote, highly collaborative project setting
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial but not required

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously in a structured manner
  • Comfort working with international teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
