Du bist in erster Linie verantwortlich für den First und Second Level Support
Serveradministration der Linux / Windows VMs basierten Private Cloud Infrastruktur
Administration der Infrastruktur
Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen, Annahme, Analyse, Lösung oder Eskalation von Ticket
Konfiguration sowie Fehlerbeseitigung des SDWAN / LAN / VolP- Netzwerkes

Requirements

Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mindestens 3 Jahr Berufserfahrung als, Sehr gute Vorkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik
Deutsch C1 in Wort und Schrift
