Flight Test Ground Station.Net Core Developer

A vacancy for a .Net Core Developer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe. The successful applicant will join Flight Test Ground Station Department.

Tasks & accountabilities

Flight Test Ground Station is the department responsible for the Ground HW and Ground and Onboard SW means required for perform the flight test activity. On addition is responsible for the IT Systems and general software in the Test Center Organization.

One of the key activities to perform is develop software applications for Flight Test Ground Station and Test Frameworks. Additionally some industralization of tools are requested from the Test Center

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Software Development for programming in a multiplatform environment.
• Net Core arqutiectures definition.
• Web-Base development of new software architectures including cloud-based applications.
• Architecture and design of the future evolution of the SW and HW assets.
• Procurement selection. Contact with princpal vendors in order to set new requirements.
• Coordination of the activities with the equivalent deparment in Manching
• Integration of activities and coordination with the Flight Test Means Integrator and the Test Center Integrator.
• Participation of the activities related with development, product ownership and final customer.
• Generation of a development framework to evolve the configuration software according new equipments and requirements.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Programming languages: C#, C++ y Python
• Git
• Frameworks: .Net (WPF)
• IDE: Visual Studio
• Avionics protocols A-429, RS-232, RS-485, Milt-Std-1553, Ethernet,
• Stanag 3910, CAN
• Wireshark (.lua scripts)
• Real time software development
• ORM. Entity framework
• Datbase management
• Linux admin
• Scrum
• CI/CD ecosytems.
• C# Development with more than 3 years of experience.
• Desgin Patterns and Open Architectures with more than 3 years of experience.
• English Profesional Level required.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
