We are working with an ambitious and growing organisation based in Liverpool that is looking to expand its Data & Insights function with the addition of a Graduate Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to develop their technical expertise while gaining exposure to real commercial decision-making.
You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where data plays a central role in shaping strategy and performance. What You'll Do
- Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts on strategic projects
- Build and maintain accurate, scalable data models
- Develop and optimise data processes to ensure high-quality outputs
- Support senior teams in delivering business intelligence solutions
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency
- Enhance reporting processes and visualisations using modern tools
- Ensure all data practices comply with GDPR and internal policies
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 2024 or 2025 graduates with a 2:1 or above in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong technical skills in Python and SQL
- Understanding of data modelling and ETL processes
- Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator with attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about using data to drive decisions
- Interest in data quality, governance, and innovation
