Job description

We are working with an ambitious and growing organisation based in Liverpool that is looking to expand its Data & Insights function with the addition of a Graduate Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to develop their technical expertise while gaining exposure to real commercial decision-making.

You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where data plays a central role in shaping strategy and performance. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience working with large datasets, supporting business-critical projects, and contributing to meaningful insights that influence operational and strategic outcomes. What You'll Do

  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts on strategic projects
  • Build and maintain accurate, scalable data models
  • Develop and optimise data processes to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Support senior teams in delivering business intelligence solutions
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency
  • Enhance reporting processes and visualisations using modern tools
  • Ensure all data practices comply with GDPR and internal policies
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 2024 or 2025 graduates with a 2:1 or above in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline

  • Strong technical skills in Python and SQL
  • Understanding of data modelling and ETL processes
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident communicator with attention to detail
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about using data to drive decisions
  • Interest in data quality, governance, and innovation
