As Technology Integration Manager ASIA - The exact work location within Asia is still to be finalized - you will broaden your impact beyond engineering by shaping customer success, technology adoption, and site performance in a highly strategic market. It is a strong next step for candidates who want to combine deep technical know-how with ownership, visibility, and international exposure.
- Own and drive customer value creation by ensuring that our Multi-Beam-Mask-Writers deliver measurable benefits in performance, productivity, and cost-of-ownership across all relevant customer use cases
- Act as the primary technical interface between IMS and the customer, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and trust
- Drive successful deployment and adoption of our technology, ensuring customer use cases, performance, and economic targets are met
- Lead technology transfer from R&D and Engineering into customer operations, including installation, qualification, and ongoing support
- Provide advanced application and technical support, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization of tool utilization
- Lead and develop the on-site Field Service Engineer (FSE) team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Translate customer needs and market feedback into actionable input for Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Marketing
- Own site-level technical performance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, issue resolution effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and recommend process improvements, upgrades, or feature enhancements
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * Several years of experience in a relevant technical role within the semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of lithography-related processes
- Solid knowledge of optics, mechatronics and electronics
- Analytical, data-driven problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong interest in technology adoption and value creation
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment; initial Mandarin/Chinese skills are an advantage
- Master's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
