• Strong expertise in RPG development (RPG IV, RPG ILE, RPG ILE Free Format)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and DB2
• Familiarity with IBM Power Systems (iSeries) is a plus
• Knowledge of CL programming is an asset
• Strong team spirit and ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what matters most
• Flexible, attentive to deadlines, and motivated
• Embraces change as a positive factor for organizational growth
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with the ability to understand the other; English proficiency is a plus
