- Design and implement vehicle dynamics models, including aerodynamics, propulsion, and actuator dynamics;
- Integrate and interface vehicle dynamics algorithms with the S-function of Veronte;
- Validate and fine-tune the simulation environment through testing and real-world data correlation;
- Collaborate with control system engineers to ensure robust and accurate simulation outputs;
- Optimize simulation performance and fidelity for real-time applications;
- Document models, methodologies, and validation processes for traceability and future improvements;
- Stay up to date with aerospace simulation technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field;
- Experience in Simulink/MATLAB for dynamic modeling and simulation;
- Proficiency in vehicle dynamics, flight mechanics, and control systems;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., * Experience with real-time simulation and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing;
- Knowledge of numerical methods, optimization techniques, and simulation verification methodologies;
- Familiarity with aerodynamic modeling and CFD tools;
- Programming skills in Python or C++ for automation and simulation enhancement;
- Understanding of aerospace certification standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254).
