AI Solutions Specialist

Your mission is to lead the strategic and technical adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Sateliot. This involves scouting for high-impact tools, developing sophisticated prompt engineering frameworks, and orchestrating smart automations. You will be responsible for identifying technological opportunities and translating them into scalable internal improvements, while fostering a culture of innovation through the coordination of our internal AI Guild., * Monitor and analyze the AI landscape (models, LLMs, agents) through technical publications, benchmarks, and specialized forums.

• Evaluate the performance and security of third-party AI tools to ensure they meet Sateliot's technical standards.

Internal Implementation & Optimization

• Design, test, and refine advanced prompt architectures and "pre-prompts" to optimize AI outputs for specific business use cases.
• Facilitate technical workshops and learning sessions to ensure effective tool adoption across specialized departments (R&D, Sales, Operations, etc.).
• Lead the internal AI Guild to promote knowledge sharing, peer-to-peer learning, and collaborative experimentation.

Automation & Systems Integration

• Identify and execute automation opportunities using n8n or similar orchestration tools, focusing on the integration of AI service APIs.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams to ensure the seamless and secure integration of AI services into the existing stack.

Strategic Consulting & Reporting

• Act as an internal consultant, analyzing departmental workflows to propose tailored AI-driven process improvements.
• Develop periodic reports on emerging AI trends, best practices in prompt engineering, and the measurable impact of implemented solutions., You will be part of one the fastest-growing start-ups in Spain with global reach along getting into the challenging world of New Space & Telecommunication.

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a highly technical related field.

Technical Experience

• Proven experience working within technical environments (DevOps, Cloud infrastructure, or Software Development).
• Demonstrable expertise in API integration and workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or custom scripts).
• Deep hands-on experience with AI methodologies, with specialized proficiency in advanced Prompt Engineering.

Professional Background

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting or a solution architect role.
• Ability to map business processes and translate them into technical requirements autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between complex technical concepts and business-oriented results.

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol. In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.
