At ERNI, you will work hands-on with advanced AI solutions while collaborating closely with our Data & AI Principal to grow and strengthen our AI capabilities. You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, influencing architectures, guiding key decisions and helping translate AI potential into real business impact.

How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Experience designing, developing, and implementing AI Engineering solutions (APIs, cloud, LLMs, Agents, ML models).

• Experience in Context/Prompt Engineering, LLM Monitoring and Observability, RAG systems
• Solid programming skills in Python and Backend/API development, Data Science and/or Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Proactive mindset and strong drive for continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills in client facing contexts.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production.

You will responsible for designing and delivering production-ready AI solutions for clients, defining scalable architectures and ensuring engineering excellence. You will take part in client discussions, technical assessments and POCs, helping transform business needs into robust AI systems. In parallel, you will contribute to the evolution of our AI practice by supporting presales initiatives, sharing knowledge internally and helping position ERNI as a strong player in the AI space.

Our working model

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor's appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other's faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
