They can be used to plug gaps in sales enablement, or to build an entire enablement solution., * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions across customer health, engagement, and performance metrics

  • Build and manage scalable data models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of reporting outputs
  • Translate business requirements into effective semantic layers and visualisations
  • Identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements
  • Partner with Product and Client teams to understand evolving data needs
  • Support the standardisation of KPI definitions and reporting logic across the organisation
  • Contribute to measurement frameworks that assess learning engagement and behavioural/financial impact
  • Deliver insights in a clear, actionable format suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure reporting practices align with data governance and data protection standards #
  • Support ad hoc analysis and client-specific reporting needs where required

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, We are seeking a Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to own and evolve our analytics and reporting capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Change and Enablement,his role will focus on designing scalable dashboards, maintaining robust data models, and delivering actionable insights that support Product and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst with hands-on Advanced Power BI expertise, sound data modelling skills, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations. Exposure to data science techniques or organisational change principles is beneficial, but not essential., * 2-4 years' experience in a data analyst or BI developer role

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, transformation, DAX, visualisation best practices)
  • Experience building and maintaining data models and dashboards from multiple data sources
  • Solid understanding of KPI design and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Desirable (Not Mandatory)

  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Exposure to Python and Data Science concepts
  • Experience in learning analytics, SaaS, or client success environments
  • Understanding of change management principles
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms
