Job description
We're looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist (Pardot) to design, build and optimise customer and sales journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). This role is responsible for creating structured nurture programmes, campaign journeys and sales enablement automations that support pipeline growth and customer engagement across the UK business. You will translate commercial objectives into scalable, automated CRM journeys - working closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. This is a hands-on role focused on journey execution, nurture strategy and lifecycle optimisation, rather than platform architecture or heavy technical development, * Design and build multi-step nurture journeys and lifecycle programmes in Pardot (Engagement Studio)
- Develop automated campaign journeys aligned to product launches and sales initiatives
- Create and optimise lead scoring, grading and qualification frameworks
- Build and maintain automation rules, dynamic lists and behavioural triggers
- Ensure accurate segmentation, targeting, suppression and consent management
- Align Pardot with Salesforce to support seamless lead handover and pipeline progression
- Partner with Sales to improve lead nurturing and conversion performance
- Track, analyse and optimise engagement, conversion and pipeline metrics
- Run A/B testing and continuously refine journeys based on data insights
- Maintain data hygiene, QA standards and email deliverability best practice
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud?, * Demonstratable experience in CRM, automation or lifecycle roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)

- Experience designing and building multi-stage nurture journeys
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM integration
- Experience working closely with Sales teams on lead progression
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimise based on performance data
- Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
- Experience in a B2B or regulated environment
- Exposure to broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Experience building lifecycle frameworks or nurture playbooks, * Lifecycle and journey mindset
- Commercially driven and sales-aligned
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Confident hands-on Pardot builder
- Data-led optimiser
- Operates with a high degree of ownership and self-direction, driving work forward without the need for close oversight.
- Actively proposes and implements new strategies, optimisations, and incremental initiatives to accelerate progress against Marketing OKRs.
