• 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support im Bereich Netzwerktechnik und Serverinfrastruktur
• Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im laufenden Betrieb
• Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und Dokumentation von IT- & Netzwerkprojekten
• Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung neuer Systeme
• Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder Studium)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik (Switching, Routing, VPN, VLAN, Firewall, WLAN)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Führerschein Klasse B & Reisebereitschaft
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Nice to have: Netzwerk-Zertifizierungen (z. B. MikroTik, Cisco o. Ä.), Angaben des Unternehmens gemäß Gleichbehandlungsgesetz: Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als IT-Techniker/in beträgt 3.200,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
