What makes you a great fit

• Proven data expert - 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering. You've built, maintained and scaled serious data infrastructure - and you've got the battle scars to prove it.
• Master of the modern data stack - Deep experience with tools like Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred). You know your way around data lakes, warehouses, and everything in between.
• Pipeline architect - You design robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that don't just work - they work beautifully. You think in terms of reliability, performance and maintainability.
• AI-curious & future-focused - You actively explore how AI and machine learning can improve data processes. You know when to experiment and when to ship.
