Network Engineer

• Processing service requests from our establishments and business managers (ticket management, network, and security tools).
• Managing incidents on the FHVi network and those of partner network for new medical and technical solutions (PCs, servers, IoT devices, mobility, etc.).
• In charge of monitoring, you will ensure the performance and availability of the network.
• Working on LAN (wired and Wi-Fi), WAN evolution projects, new network and security standards on site.
• Managing network security (filtering, NAC, backup service).

• Higher education (Bachelors or Masters), or a title deemed equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a network engineer or in a similar role, ideally in a complex environment.
• Knowledge in routing and switching on Cisco equipment.
• Good knowledge of Fortinet Firewall technologies or equivalent (clusters, zoning, L4/L7 filtering).
• CCNA or CCNP is highly desired.
• Experience with Aruba Wi-Fi solutions or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of NAC is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting, tools, and management is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft, Linux technologies, and open source tools.
• Customer-oriented and service-minded (listening, availability, respect, responsiveness).
• Team spirit and collaborative work ethic.
• Good oral and written communication, rigor, structured, methodical, responsive.
• Respects and enforces the operational procedures of FHVi.
• French: Fluent in spoken and written, confident writing skills.

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 110'000 per year
