Senior IT Project Manager - Pricing

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading private bank in Zurich. Senior IT Project Manager - Pricing, * Lead end-to-end delivery of Pricing-related workstreams in close alignment with the overall Pricing Programme, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.

• Define and manage integrated project plans, track milestones and dependencies, and coordinate distributed development and support teams.
• Drive governance and transparency by organising delivery meetings, steering committees, and presenting progress reports, dashboards, and financial overviews to senior leadership.
• Implement proactive risk, issue, and change management processes, ensuring proper impact assessment and timely resolution of delivery blockers.
• Oversee iterative development cycles within agile teams, ensuring alignment with release goals, architectural standards, compliance requirements, and full traceability from business requirements to delivered features.
• Coordinate cross-domain integration efforts (data flows, API contracts, shared components) and support business acceptance testing and transition-to-operations to ensure sustainable pricing solutions.

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project Manager
• Proven track record within IT / software development environments
• Strong classic project & program leadership experience (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban & SAFe methodologies
• Ability to operate on both tactical (team-level) and strategic (program-level) layers
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Banking experience - especially within Pricing & Revenue - is a strong plus
• Motivation and readiness to deep-dive into a Pricing solution
