Job description
- Collaborating closely with business teams to identify, analyze, and formalize needs in KPIs and data analytics, then writing precise and actionable user stories.
- Actively contributing to the testing phase by validating that the developments meet functional requirements and business needs.
- Documenting the semantic models and KPIs provided to the business.
- Leveraging expertise in the insurance sector to challenge business requests, propose relevant KPIs, and ensure the added value of BI solutions.
- Defining testing plans and scenarios, and then coordinating the standards and BA tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Managing the complete lifecycle of requirements (traceability, updates, evolution).

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics as a developer or business analyst.
- Initial experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating your ability to formalize complex needs into detailed specifications.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly Property & Casualty, would be an important asset.
- Familiar with Scrum/Agile environments, you know how to structure your deliverables to accelerate the work of engineers.
- Proficient in SQL to explore databases independently and validate the relevance of products.
- Comfortable in communication with various stakeholders, both technical and functional.
- A proactive spirit and autonomy to manage priorities effectively and propose innovative solutions.
- Open, curious, and a team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Customer-oriented, you easily communicate and engage with clients.
