AI Solutions Engineer

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you build digital solutions faster, more effectively, and closer to business value than ever before. You work hands-on in our customer projects, use modern AI tools end-to-end, and take ownership for product development. Here's what that looks like:

• End-to-End Product & Software Engineering: From problem definition to architecture, solution design, implementation, and delivery. You work end-to-end and actively use AI to increase speed, quality, and impact.
• AI-augmented Engineering: You design Human-AI workflows, use agentic coding tools, create high-quality prompts, perform context engineering, and take responsibility for quality assurance (code reviews, testing, hallucination control).
• Product Thinking & Business Value Focus: You understand our customers' domain, challenge requirements, prioritize work together with stakeholders, and make decisions that generate real value.
• Customer Consulting & Sparring: You work closely with customer teams, communicate clearly, facilitate technical and domain-specific discussions, and become a trusted sparring partner for product owners, architects, and subject-matter experts., Your personal and professional growth matters to us. Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You're a team player with strong technical depth, curiosity, and excellent communication skills? You enjoy trying new things, develop quickly, and have a strong product and value mindset? Great! You also bring the following:

• At least 4 years of software engineering experience in modern tech stacks (preferably: Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, React).
• Solid understanding of software architecture (microservices, distributed systems, system design).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and confident working with modern DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
• AI & workflow skills: Experience with generative AI tools (coding assistants, LLM workflows, etc.) and expertise in prompting, context engineering, and human-AI interaction.
• Ability to evaluate, correct, and assure the quality of AI-generated output.
• Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2).
• Bonus: Experience with technologies from our strategic partners such as Databricks, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or Liferay.
