Job description

We're searching for a Skopje-based Associate Software Engineer to join our R&D Software Engineering team, so that we can design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks. The Associate Software Engineer will apply technical expertise to resolve routine challenges and implement robust CI/CD practices to contribute to the reliability and performance of systems that make safer healthcare possible., * Apply automated testing practices in order to validate code quality and ensure reliable software deployments.

  • Utilize version control and CI/CD processes to contribute to repeatable, high-quality software releases.
  • Identify and analyze technical problems in order to resolve software defects efficiently and investigate root causes.
  • Implement monitoring and logging tools to track application health and proactively suggest performance improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Debugging?, * Entry-to-mid level experience in software engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in at least one modern programming language.

  • Proven success in systematically diagnosing and resolving technical issues within a collaborative team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge on how to use version control systems and standard debugging techniques.
  • Ability to commute to our Skopje office 5 days a week for the first 2-3 months, then reducing to 2 days a week
  • Sincere interest in deepening your technical domain knowledge and making a tangible impact on healthcare safety.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a dynamic engineering environment to translate business needs into technical solutions.
