Azure Senior Infrastructure Engineer

• Designing and maintaining secure, scalable Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments to support global business systems and applications.
• Leading and contributing to infrastructure transformation initiatives in order to support the transition toward modern cloud-based infrastructure management.
• Supporting and optimizing identity and access management systems (Entra ID, AD DS, Azure AD DS, SSO) to ensure secure and reliable access across the organization.
• Mentoring and supporting junior infrastructure engineers to strengthen team capability and encourage continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and maintaining global IT infrastructure, backup, and recovery solutions to ensure reliability, resilience, and operational continuity.
• Collaborating with Service Desk and global IT teams to resolve complex 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure incidents and improve service delivery.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure roles.

• Proven success in designing, implementing, and supporting Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud services.
• Strong experience supporting Azure, Office 365, virtualization platforms, and both Windows and Linux systems.
• Ability to commute to our Skopje office in a hybrid working model.
• Sincere interest in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and modern infrastructure technologies.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a global IT environment while managing priorities independently.
