This is a high-ownership, externally facing role suited to engineers who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex real-world problems alongside customers.

The Role

• Deploy and optimise advanced software systems in operational environments
• Work directly with end users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Translate real-world challenges into scalable engineering improvements
• Act as the bridge between customers and core engineering teams

Requirements

• Strong experience with object-oriented programming (e.g. Python, C++, Java or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in client-facing environments
• Strong academic background (STEM preferred)
• Ability to work in high-trust, mission-critical settings

Desirable

• Military experience or prior work within defence environments
• Experience deploying software in complex or field-based settings
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
