Senior Mobile Automation Test Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Mobile Automation Test Engineer to join a London-based asset management firm delivering secure, high-performance mobile applications within a regulated environment. You'll lead mobile automation strategy across iOS and Android and embed automation into CI/CD to support secure and continuous delivery., Perform detailed manual testing across iOS and Android applications Identify and reduce defect leakage across integrated mobile components Execute functional, regression, integration and API test scenarios Contribute to and maintain automation suites using WebdriverIO (WDIO) and Appium Develop BDD-style test scenarios using Cucumber Execute automated tests via Sauce Labs (or similar cloud platforms) Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Collaborate closely with Developers, Product, Risk and Compliance teams Operate within FCA-regulated quality and audit standards Maintain clear defect reporting, test documentation and quality metrics

Strong hands-on mobile manual testing experience (iOS & Android) Experience testing integrated systems and investigating cross-team defects Exposure to mobile automation tools such as WDIO, Appium, and Cucumber Experience working with TypeScript-based automation frameworks API testing experience (Postman or similar) Experience working in Agile delivery environments Understanding of CI/CD processes
