Application Architect

You'll be joining one of the most dynamic and forwardthinking teams within the company: the Mobile App Team. We are responsible for the delivery and evolution of the Mobile App, ensuring high standards in quality, stability, security and performance, while continuously pushing our mobile platforms forward. Your Role

Serving as a Senior iOS Tech Lead, you hold a position of technical leadership within the Mobile Native Team together with the other tech leads. You combine deep iOS expertise with leadership and vision. You actively shape, together with the Core team, the future of the iOS platform, guide technical decisionmaking, and help the team grow in skill and maturity. You will work closely with iOS developers, Android developers, product owners, scrum masters, analysts, designers and architects to deliver robust, scalable and futureproof mobile solutions., Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Take ownership of the technical direction of the iOS platform, ensuring it is futureproof, maintainable and aligned with broader mobile strategy.
• Design and implement technically complex and highimpact features, frameworks and architectural improvements.
• Together with your colleagues drive architectural choices around modularization, scalability, performance and security.
• Guard and continuously improve coding standards, best practices and architectural guidelines.

Coaching & Team Enablement

• Actively coach and mentor iOS developers, supporting their technical growth and encouraging knowledge sharing.
• Perform indepth code and architecture reviews, providing constructive feedback.
• Promote skills, clean code, and effective testing to elevate engineering standards.

CrossPlatform & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Android team to align on crossplatform concepts, architectural patterns and shared mobile principles.
• Collaborate with system architects, UX, security and backend teams to ensure consistent, highquality endtoend solutions.
• Contribute to technical discussions beyond iOS, influencing mobilewide decisions.

Innovation & Future Vision

• Proactively explore and evaluate new iOS technologies, frameworks and platform evolutions.
• Translate longterm vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize and innovate within the iOS codebase.

• 8+ years of professional iOS development experience, with proven ownership of complex applications.
• Expert knowledge of Swift, with strong handson experience in SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Extensive experience with Swift Package Manager and modular architectures.
• Strong understanding of networking (URLSession, Codable, async/await).
• Deep knowledge of iOS design patterns (e.g. MVVM, Coordinator, dependency injection).
• Solid understanding of iOS accessibility APIs and inclusive design.
• Strong awareness of mobile security practices (e.g. SSL pinning).
• Thorough understanding of the iOS release and App Store delivery process.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development workflows.
• Comfortable taking ownership of complex technical challenges and making wellreasoned architectural decisions.
