Job description
To support a digital banking tribe responsible for employee and individual customer channels, we are looking for an experienced Business Test Engineer to strengthen the Chatbot Squad.
You will ensure high-quality end-to-end and non-regression manual testing, validating business rules, user journeys, and multilingual content across digital platforms in a regulated banking environment.
Mission Context
Within the CCE - Individuals Tribe, the team delivers all digital channels for employees and individual customers.
The objective is to create intuitive, reliable, and engaging digital banking experiences.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Designers in an Agile setup, contributing to quality from analysis to release.

Your Role
Testing & Quality Assurance
Design, write, execute, and maintain manual test cases (end-to-end and regression).
Validate business requirements, user journeys, and edge cases across integrated systems.
Perform multilingual validation (Dutch, French, English) ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency.
Identify, document, and track defects clearly.
Validate fixes and support release readiness decisions.
Collaboration & Agile Ways of Working
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, and designers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Provide early feedback on testability, risks, and quality concerns.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
Test Process & Documentation
Maintain structured and reusable test documentation.
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
Support compliance, auditability, and quality standards typical of a financial environment.
Requirements
Professional Bachelor's degree minimum.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Manual Tester or Business Tester in complex digital environments.
Strong experience in end-to-end and regression testing.
Knowledge of test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, scenario-based testing).
Experience in banking products and services is a strong asset.
Comfortable working in Agile (Scrum / Kanban) teams.
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
