Job description
The HR Systems Product Owner is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the organization's global human resources technology ecosystem. This role ensures data integrity, global compliance, and a seamless end-user experience for a distributed workforce., * System Architecture & Strategy: Lead the internal HR Systems roadmap, prioritizing feature releases and configurations that align with global business scaling.
- Ecosystem Integration: Act as the primary architect for data flows between platforms to ensure a "single source of truth."
- Process Optimization: Design and document automated workflows for the full employee lifecycle to minimize manual intervention.
- Global Compliance: Configure systems to meet regional regulatory requirements, including GDPR/data privacy standards, localized tax logic, and labor law configurations.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex business requirements from HR, Finance, and Legal into technical specifications and functional system improvements.
- Data Governance: Maintain high standards of data quality through regular audits, validation rules, and robust reporting/analytics.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Experience: 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR Systems management, specifically within the Workday ecosystem.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with various Workday module within the HCM Suite.
- Integration Knowledge: Proven track record of managing data flow between Workday and third-party systems
- Global Exposure: Experience supporting a workforce across multiple countries and time zones.
- Remote Working: Must have a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Ability to occasionally attend meetings outside of standard local business hours to coordinate with global team members., * Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills within enterprise software.
- Strong project management capabilities (Agile or Waterfall methodologies).
- Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality and handle sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for a remote-first environment.
