Job description
Summary of the position:We're looking for a technically strong People Analytics Consultant to own and optimize our SAP SuccessFactors reporting landscape, supporting 100,000 employees globally. Key responsibilities:Configure and maintain reporting (stories, canvas, tables with macros) within SAP SuccessFactors for SF suite - Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, LMSBuild and optimize queries using People Analytics - create and manage calculated columns, filters, prompts, and metric definitionsBuild and optimize canvas and table reports, including the use of macrosCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for reporting areaPerform data reconciliation and root cause analysis for reporting discrepancies and provide technical support for the users, if neededTroubleshoot and continuously enhance the existing reporting landscape, collaborating with SAP support where required
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:~3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting (stories, canvas and tables), preferably with wider scope of suite (e.g. Employee Central, Compensation, LMS, Performance, Talent)~ Deep understanding of SuccessFactors data structures and HR object relationships~ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
