Job description

As a Security by Design Systems Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Security by Design team across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation, trackers, schedules, logs, and registers.
  • Supporting the preparation, collation, and distribution of reports and updates for projects.
  • Assisting with resource coordination, onboarding documentation, and information requests from project teams and suppliers.
  • Supporting document review and approval workflows, ensuring records are stored correctly and in line with agreed processes.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for administrative queries related to SbD workstreams.
  • Working independently on routine administrative tasks while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and confidence when dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive approach to learning and self-development.

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role.
  • Experience producing reports, reviewing data sets, and updating trackers.
  • Confident user of standard office tools (e.g. document management, spreadsheets, and IT SaaS systems).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with technical migrations of enterprise Access Control Systems and CCTV systems.
  • Experience working in a corporate, facilities, security, or technical environment is desirable but not essential.

Pay Rate: £16.10 per hour Hours: Flexible start and finish times depending on business needs Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Maternity Leave Cover (10 months may be extended), starting from 27th April 2026., 5.6 weeks holiday per year, 8 of these will be in lieu of bank holidays (worked or not worked)
