Front End Developer (React / React Native) (12-Month Fixed-Term)

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team's development processes.
• Work with NodeJS and typical front-end frameworks/tools (e.g., Redux, Webpack, Babel) to integrate front-end and back-end functionality.
• Utilise Git for version control, branching, and collaborative development workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and tools.

Do you have experience in iOS?, * Proven experience in React and React Native development.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with NodeJS and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js, Webpack, Babel).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-platform development, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with Git in collaborative, team-based environments.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating with back-end services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes (iOS and Android).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices., * professional front end development: 5 years (required)
