Full Stack Development Lead Location: London Contract: 12 months Work Setup: Hybrid

What you'll do

• Lead full stack development across cloud-native and hybrid architectures, building secure, scalable APIs and rich Front End components.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environment operations, ensuring reliability and smooth deployments.
• Collaborate with business, product teams, and vendors to define requirements, deliver solutions, and maintain system integrations.
• Mentor and guide developers across Front End, Back End, and DevOps roles, fostering a high-performing team.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and maintain robust engineering practices.
• Support investment platform delivery, including ETFs, multi-asset workflows, and Front Office systems (OMS, PMS, risk engines).

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive full-stack development experience (JavaScript frameworks, Node.js/Java/.NET/Python, SQL) and AWS services.
• Skilled in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform/CloudFormation), API development, integration, and testing frameworks.
• Proven leadership managing teams and delivering projects across Matrix environments.
• Experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management with Front Office systems (OMS, PMS, risk engines) and ETFs.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, event-driven architecture, ESG data pipelines, regulatory reporting, and performance attribution.
