Job description

  • Model applications, compañía processes, and capabilities following Enterprise Architecture (EA) best practices, including TOGAF.
  • Manage lifecycle documentation of the IT Asset Inventory.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of key data such as ownership, hosting model, lifecycle status, and criticality.
  • Define and implement processes for onboarding, updating, and decommissioning applications.
  • Create visual models of the IT landscape using EA tools such as Ardoq or similar solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops for Fit-Gap analysis, dependency mapping, and application clustering.
  • Coordinate CIA Triad assessments (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).
  • Define criticality levels and prioritize actions based on identified risks.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting related to the technology landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, and IT Governance teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, or IT Service Management (ITSM).

  • Experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) or complex IT inventories.

  • Proven experience modeling applications using EA frameworks (TOGAF).

  • Professional use of EA tools (Ardoq, LeanIX, ADOIT, Sparx EA, or similars).

  • Experience documenting applications, compañía processes, and capabilities.

  • Background working in international or multi-entity environments.

  • Strong understanding of the CIA Triad and assessment methodologies.

  • Ability to create and interpret architectural diagrams.

  • Strong Excel and data-management skills to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Advanced level of English., * Autonomous, analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile.

  • Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

  • Fast learner with the ability to integrate quickly and add value.

  • Practical, solution-driven mindset.
