Job description
We build decision intelligence software that helps the world's biggest companies make better decisions with AI, replacing spreadsheets and slide decks with a mobile-first app that pushes actionable insights directly to decision-makers.
As a Senior Designer - Design Systems, you'll own and evolve the design system that makes that possible - the foundation that lets us be both fast and beautiful, and makes Aily feel like Aily. You'll shape the components, patterns, and guidelines that enable our team to move fast while maintaining consumer-grade quality across everything we ship.
You'll be deeply involved in product work - identifying where we need new patterns, designing them, and ensuring they're implemented correctly. You'll balance system consistency with the creative flexibility our designers need to solve novel problems.
