Job description
Within the Enterprise Solutions division of the Global Information Systems Department, and reporting to the Support and Maintenance Team Lead, you will manage the SAP Application Maintenance Services (AMS) activity in a global context. You will play a pivotal role between strategic management and daily operational management, ensuring the maintenance of operational conditions and the quality of service delivered to users. As the SAP Supply Lead, you will be responsible for:

Managing support and maintenance activities for SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA (currently being deployed globally), in conjunction with external service providers located across three sites (Suresnes - France, Kolkata - India, São Paulo - Brazil).

Managing priorities, making trade-offs, and monitoring performance through regular forums (committees, reporting, KPIs/SLAs).

Coordinating sensitive or critical issues, ensuring seamless communication with business stakeholders and local and central IT teams.

Integrating projects into the run phase by structuring knowledge transfers, documentation, and preventive actions.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and promoting sustainable and robust solutions.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Master's degree?, A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university (master's degree or equivalent), you possess:
- At least 8 years of experience with SAP, including at least 3 years in application maintenance management.
- Solid expertise in MM/SD modules, with a good understanding of Finance (FI/CO) processes and their integration(desirable).
- Proven experience in managing service providers, ideally in an offshore environment.
- The ability to operate both in global management and in handling daily operational matters.
