Job description
- Ensure and contribute to the leadership of the logistics function by designing projects, tools & processes to standardize and simplify the Supply Chain and Logistic operations. Ensure local master data quality.
Tasks:
- Ensure the quality of data controlled by the site information systems (ERP, MES, WMS, TMS): integrity, compatibility & consistency.
- Manage and animate data owner network and process on the quality of data with the appropriate indicators.
- Administer through a workflow and update the product master data base, in concordance with the product life cycle. Manage the archiving and removing of Data corresponding to the products life cycle.
- Ensure interface between Schneider Digital (2929) & his site for Information System support.
- Ensure identification of opportunities to improve system architecture (all systems, towards Digitization).
- Owner of the site system architecture (interaction between different systems).
- Define rules to manage the master databases according to Global and/or regional guidelines.
- Build, manage and communicate the corresponding indicators for efficient quality of data.
- Manage licenses & business roles according to each job code scope.
- Manage organization for incident and problem, in link with Schneider Digital.
- Participate to maintain the skills of users, train the newcomers on the different systems to fulfil their role
- Manage the updating of material, BOMs & routings when modifications are required by Engineering.
- Initialize the material info records, BOMs and routings by filling the mandatory information in the corresponding fields of data base.
- Coordinate the tasks between the different actors in charge of managing the evolutions of products and components, change request flows.
- Special assignment 2026/2027: for the deployment of Unify (SAP 4 Hana) in Germany (2026) and in Netherlands, Belgium (2027) fulfil the role as Local Business Process Owner for Master Data.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree Supply Chain Management / Business Engineering / Information Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Master Data Management
- Experience in project- and change management
- Autonomous, result driven, drives the improvement on operational, tactical and strategical level
- Team player with a customer focused approach, exceptional listener with excellent communication skills
- Ability to challenge, be challenged and build an open relationship with stakeholders
- Proactive, open, strong networking skills
- Experienced in using MS office, SAP 4 hana, Manhattan active WM and TM, Tableau
- Strong analytic skills and ability to make functional specifications and test system enhancements
