• You're passionate about software engineering and have at least 5 years of experience developing in Python, delivering ML/AI solutions in production that generate real impact.
• You're skilled in RAG systems (chunking, indexing, retrieval) and know how to get the right information to the model at exactly the right moment.
• You have experience, or solid technical curiosity, with Databricks, especially MLflow and Unity Catalog, and are familiar with both classic ML delivery patterns and the latest agent-based approaches.
• You've participated in the design and operation of multi-user platforms and feel comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, identity and secrets management, network isolation, and policy as code.
• Experience migrating from Kubernetes/Seldon to Mosaic is a strong plus.
• You care about data security and governance-and if you already know Unity Catalog, even better.
• And of course, you have that colorful DNA: you love learning, sharing knowledge, and working as part of a team. You also communicate fluently in English and enjoy collaborating with international teams.
