IT Business Analyst (SAP Systems)

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst specialising in SAP systems to support the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems within the organisation.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business requirements, support SAP solution design and integration, and ensure the effective operation and optimisation of SAP systems across multiple environments.

The successful candidate will contribute to system improvements, business process optimisation, and the delivery of scalable and reliable enterprise solutions., The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements relating to enterprise systems and SAP solutions
• Analysing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation
• Supporting the design, configuration, and integration of SAP modules and enterprise applications within the wider IT system environment
• Ensuring that data sources and external systems integrate effectively with SAP platforms and enterprise applications
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, process models, and functional specifications to support development and implementation activities
• Supporting software design methodologies, architectural standards, and best practices across enterprise systems
• Participating in testing, validation, and change control processes to ensure that system changes meet business requirements and quality standards
• Supporting the day-to-day operational support model for SAP systems across multiple environments or business sites
• Working with project teams to support SAP implementation projects, system enhancements, and system upgrades
• Promoting best practice in the use of SAP systems and providing guidance to stakeholders on process improvement and system capabilities, * Supporting or participating in SAP system implementations, including projects related to new business units or acquisitions
• Business process analysis and process improvement initiatives using enterprise systems
• Supporting SAP configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities
• Understanding of enterprise system architecture, data integration, and application lifecycle management
• Experience supporting change control, system enhancements, and operational support models

Do you have experience in Business analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience working as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in enterprise environments

• Experience supporting SAP systems or other large-scale enterprise applications
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Knowledge of business process modelling and system integration
• Experience working with software development teams, system architects, and project managers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and system analysis artefacts, Bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related discipline:
