Job description
As a Senior Product Manager - Connectivity, you'll accelerate the share of connected inventory (hotels with direct connectivity) and make connected offers outperform traditional ones. You'll work closely with internal teams (Tech, Data, Business, Ops) and external partnerships (connectivity providers, channel managers, B2B platforms) to deliver measurable impact on conversion, availability, and margin.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Define and own the product vision for connectivity (technologies, partners, scope).
- Prioritize problems and solutions based on data (conversion, availability, margin, UX).
- Drive integrations with providers (Channel Managers, PMS, CRS, XML APIs).
- Ensure integration quality (latency, error rate, monitoring).
- Experiment with UX and merchandising to optimize performance.
- Enable internal teams with self-serve tools and workflows.
- Establish performance reviews using dashboards, A/B testing, and feedback loops., 2. Manager Interview (60 min): Meet your future manager to deep dive into your experience, missions, and ways of working.
- Business Case - A practical exercise to showcase your analytical mindset, creativity, and strategic thinking. You'll then have a 20-minute debrief session to discuss your approach and insights, followed by 1:1 meetings (20 minutes each) with a Engineering Manager and Country Manager to dive deeper into collaboration, problem-solving, and team fit.

Requirements
We're looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about impact.
Your profile:
- 6+ years in Product Management.
- Strong exposure to travel connectivity ecosystems (e.g. channel managers, PMS, CRS), with the ability to quickly ramp up on ARI flows and partner APIs.
- Strong business impact & delivery mindset: proven ability to focus on outcomes over outputs, prioritize based on business value (conversion, availability, margin), and drive end-to-end delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Communicate well in English and French.
