Job description
- Architecture & Development: Lead design and development of end-to-end OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce adherence to coding standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Technical Expertise: Create complex integrations, custom connectors, and extensions using C#/.NET if needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure proper application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, and testing processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems (Reactive and Mobile).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, data modelling, and factory management.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Certifications: OutSystems Professional or Expert certification is highly preferred.
