Job description
Steward and maintain authoritative spatial datasets, ensuring geodetic integrity, attribute consistency, and alignment with enterprise geospatial standards.
Implement and oversee robust data quality, QA/QC, and validation processes to identify and remediate spatial, topology, and schema issues.
Design, build, and optimise scalable geospatial ETL workflows using tools such as FME, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
Automate data ingestion, validation, and delivery pipelines to improve reliability, efficiency, and reduce manual processes.
Collaborate closely with operations, product and technology teams to ensure accurate updates to spatial data and integration into enterprise platforms and client-facing products.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality assurance?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in geospatial data management, governance, and spatial data quality assurance.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining geospatial ETL pipelines using tools such as FME, Python, and GIS platforms.
Strong understanding of spatial data standards, coordinate reference systems (CRS), topology, and geodetic principles.
Basic Soft Skills
Strong analytical thinking and natural problem-solving ability.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
Clear communication and documentation skills in a collaborative environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Key Qualifications
Experience working with large-scale/global infrastructure or spatial datasets (e.g., pipelines, utilities, transportation).
Experience with cloud-based geospatial data platforms or modern data engineering workflows.
Familiarity with spatial ecosystems, open-source GIS tools (e.g., QGIS), spatial databases (e.g., PostGIS/Oracle/ESRI), APIs, and enterprise data platforms.
Experience supporting data standardisation, governance frameworks, or geospatial modernisation initiatives.
Preferred Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration skills.
