Manager, SAP Technical Architect (BTP)

As a Manager within our SAP practice, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to extend and enhance SAP solutions for our clients. You will be a technical expert, guiding clients and teams in navigating the complexities of BTP and delivering high-value business outcomes.

• Lead the design and development of SAP BTP extension applications using technologies like SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Develop integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP BTP integration services like SAP Cloud Integration and SAP API Management.
• Implement extensions for S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on SAP BTP capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP BTP technologies and trends.
• Research and experiment with emerging SAP BTP technologies to identify innovative solutions for our clients.
• Share knowledge and expertise through internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing SAP BTP extensions.
• Proficient in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities, with proven experience in developing applications using SAP Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). This should include experience working with HANA procedures, CDS Views, and OData services.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Good command of English.

Desirable skills:

• Good understanding of other SAP development technologies, such as SAP RAP, ABAP, HANA Procedures, CDS Views, oData or SAP MDK.
• Experience architecting and administering SAP BTP systems.
• Experience building interfaces on SAP Integration Suite.
