Job description
- Provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure, reliability engineering, and platform operations
- Guide and mentor senior SREs, enabling the team to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems
- Develop and enhance AWS based platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure cloud native best practice
- Oversee incident management processes and drive continuous improvement in reliability and performance
- Ensure systems meet internal and external standards for robustness, compliance, and operational excellence
Requirements
You'll bring deep cloud expertise, strong engineering capability, and proven leadership in high performing technical teams.
- Extensive experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- Strong coding background with experience across the full software delivery lifecycle
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform and AWS focused tooling
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and improving engineering teams and processes
- Solid understanding of cloud native development, CI/CD tooling, and modern DevOps/SRE practices
- Strong communication skills and experience operating enterprise scale production systems
