Job description

You'll play a key technical role in shaping and supporting our cloud data platform, working hands on while guiding and uplifting the wider engineering community.

  • Lead technical problem solving across cloud infrastructure, software delivery, and SRE practices
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain AWS based platform infrastructure and services
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support high quality, rapid delivery
  • Provide hands on support to SREs and Software Engineers across build, test, and deployment
  • Ensure systems meet internal and external standards for resilience, security, and performance

Requirements

You'll bring deep cloud engineering expertise, strong coding capability, and a passion for modern DevOps and SRE principles.

  • Extensive experience with AWS and Kubernetes
  • Strong coding background, including Python or Java, with experience across the full software lifecycle
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code, ideally using Terraform and AWS focused tooling
  • Solid understanding of cloud native development, including services such as Lambdas, S3, and API Gateway
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD tooling, and modern delivery practices
