Job description
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure including operating systems, servers, applications, laptops, desktops, and security tools.
- Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting business-critical and system-wide IT issues.
- Liaise with external IT providers and oversee administration of the EFACS ERP system and other key business applications.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and disaster recovery requirements, while maintaining hardware and software inventory.
- Train users, create technical documentation, support SQL queries from the ERP system, and assist with IT and ERP development projects.
Requirements
- Experience with TISAX or ISO27001 is essential.
- Experience working with MRP systems such as EFACS.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
