Personal independence

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). You're a highly experienced Solution Architect, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You've got a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Your Technical & Consulting Toolkit:

· You possess deep, hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using advanced planning systems.

· Demonstrable, hands-on experience with Anaplan or Kinaxis RapidResponse is highly desirable, including model building, integration, and solution design.

· Expertise with other leading platforms such as SAP IBP, O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder as alternatives are strengths

· A strong understanding of core supply chain planning processes - from demand and supply planning to S&OP, inventory optimisation, and production scheduling.

· You're adept at designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, encompassing data architecture, integration strategies (APIs, ETL), security, and performance optimisation.

· Strong skills in data modelling, manipulation, and analytical techniques that are crucial for effective supply chain planning.

· Comfortable navigating complex integration landscapes, connecting planning systems with ERPs (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle EBS) and other enterprise platforms.

· Experience in leading technical workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes, comfortable with both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Essentials:

· Demonstrable experience in the role of solution architect with implementation experience of Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. Anaplan, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)

· Experience of working with clients and internal stakeholders, where you will build and maintain relationships

· Ability to collaborate within teams comprising of internal and client members

· Experience of engaging in process design and application architecture for supply chain planning organisations

· The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to evaluate the emerging and changing business needs of our clients

· Enjoy working within diverse and hybrid-located teams

· Professional working proficiency in the English language

Desirables:

· Certification and direct experience in Anaplan Supply Chain applications or Kinaxis Rapid Response

· Certification in any other advanced planning system (e.g. Blue Yonder, OMP, o9)

· Understand of or direct experience as a solution architect or functional designer for adjacent systems e.g. SAP/Oracle ERP,

· Experience across the broader E2E supply chain e.g. manufacturing, logistics, product lifecycle management
