Salesforce DevOps Engineer- Sc Cleared Mandatory

We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive our infrastructure strategy and lead a team of developers in deployment activity. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between development and operations, championing automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across our technology stack., Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that support our growing business needs using CI/CD tools (using Copado, Gearset) Drive automation initiatives across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment processes Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, security, and incident response Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure smooth, reliable releases Optimize cloud infrastructure to balance performance, cost, and scalability Champion DevOps culture across the organization, promoting shared ownership and breaking down silos Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve our development and deployment workflows Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-mortems to drive continuous improvement

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles Deep expertise in Salesforce cloud platforms including Copado & Gearset Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Solid Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar) Understanding of networking, security, and system administration fundamentals Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences Track record of improving system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency Full UK Security Clearance is mandatory
