Job description

  • Develop and enhance Office 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, SPFx, and ReactJS-based applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement Agile methodologies, conduct technical workshops, lead code reviews, and establish SharePoint best practices.
  • Analyse business requirements, provide feedback, create detailed technical and business documentation, and deliver scripts (T-SQL/PL/SQL) for data analysis and exports.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage permissions/governance, ensure security/compliance, and support change management for production updates.
  • Contribute to performance, scalability, and security improvements; participate in disaster recovery configuration; and liaise with audit, compliance, infrastructure, and support teams (including London and New York).
  • Drive continuous improvement, upskilling across the team, and rollout of new development tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SharePoint Online/Office 365 development, including Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and modern frameworks (SPFx, ReactJS).
  • Proficiency in C#.NET development, ideally with experience in banking or regulated environments.
  • Solid skills in T-SQL (SQL Server) and/or PL/SQL (Oracle) for data handling and Scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile practices, code reviews, technical workshops, documentation, troubleshooting, and change management.
  • Knowledge of permissions management, governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Prior banking/financial services experience is advantageous.
