Project Manager Building/ Chef de projet Bâtiments

As a Project Manager Buildings & Facility, you are the central point in managing and executing technical projects and operational tasks for our administrative buildings in Brussels and Anderlecht. You ensure smooth operations, safeguard safety, and carry out projects that contribute to an efficient and secure working environment for our colleagues., * Support the technical management and follow?up of buildings, including HVAC, electricity, fire detection, access control, UPS systems, and generators

• Lead various repair, renovation, and technical improvement projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and commissioning
• Be actively involved in incident management and in handling requests from building users
• Perform various operational and administrative tasks such as purchase requests, technical advice, and invoice verification
• Manage and keep relevant documentation up to date according to legal requirements and internal procedures
• Maintain contact with internal customers (Fluxys employees) and external suppliers
• After the onboarding period: participate in the operational on?call service for incidents and emergencies

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience in the technical management of administrative buildings, including HVAC, electricity, and building installations
• Training such as BA4/BA5, high voltage, VCA certification, or asbestos recognition, which are required for participation in the on?call service
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Knowledge of CAD software (Autocad) is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written
