Job description
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven and advanced analytics solutions, such as AI agents and hybrid models, that support decision-making and optimize internal processes.
- Support efforts to automate workflows and strengthen the company's transition to becoming more AI & data-driven.
- Build and train machine learning models for business use cases (e.g., segmentation, prediction, scoring systems) with a focus on scalability and impact.
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and analytical tools that empower internal teams through self-service insights.
- Collaborate in the design and maintenance of dashboards using Tableau to support decision-making across departments.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's data warehouse, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI methodologies and frameworks and apply them where relevant.
